Deep Tissue Massage
This massage is done with firm to very deep pressure and is more aggressive and less relaxing than Swedish massage and is ideal when targeting deep pain or very tight muscle tension. Muscle soreness after this massage is common and may feel similar to soreness associated with exercise.

Massages 30 minutes or less are typically focused on the upper body. Massages 60 minutes or longer are usually full body massages, however, the entire 60 minutes or longer can be focused on the upper body, upon request.
