Sampler packages may be used or purchased for new clients only. A new client is any guest that
has received two or fewer services at the spa or has not visited the spa for 18 months or more. Each sampler is to be
used by one new client to allow them the best opportunity to connect and try different staff and to feel comfortable in the
spa. Please choose samplers carefully as these packages are limited to one sampler per new client.
Prior
to initial use, each new client may choose to upgrade their package to another of the sampler options, upgrade facials or
massages, or use the package purchase amount toward other services or products. No exceptions will be made after
the first use of the package. Samplers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After the year expiration,
all services revert to the regular service rate. Any used services will be deducted from the purchase price and the
balance may be used toward other services or products. All cards must be presented at the time of service and must have
a purchase receipt attached to receive services.
All
savings are realized on the last service received.
There are no refunds on sampler package deals however the purchase price
of the package may be used toward any service or merchandise in the store.
